1. Nature of Contract / अनुबंध की प्रकृति
All consignments are accepted strictly at Owner’s Risk unless risk coverage is taken in writing. The Company acts as a carrier only and is not aware of contents unless declared.
सभी सामान Owner’s Risk पर स्वीकार किए जाते हैं जब तक कि लिखित रूप से जोखिम कवर न लिया गया हो।
2. Carriage & Delivery / परिवहन एवं डिलीवरी
The Company does not guarantee delivery timelines. Delivery only after consignee copy and payment clearance. Goods not collected within 7 days will attract storage charges.
डिलीवरी समय परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर करेगा।
3. Transit Time Policy / पारगमन समय नीति
- ≥1000 CFT: 300 km/day
- <1000 CFT: 250 km/day
- Shared: 150 km/day
- ODA locations: +5 days
पिकअप और डिलीवरी दिन शामिल नहीं होंगे।
4. Risk, Liability & Insurance / जोखिम, दायित्व एवं बीमा
- HHG @3%, Car @1.5%
- Claims: 72 hrs (HHG), 12 hrs (Vehicle)
- No liability without coverage
प्राकृतिक आपदा, दुर्घटना, चोरी आदि के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
5. Quotation & Billing / कोटेशन एवं बिलिंग
- Valid 15 days
- ₹1,000 token (non-refundable)
- Final invoice post pickup
6. Cancellation & Refunds / रद्दीकरण एवं रिफंड
- >48 hrs: refund excluding token
- <48 hrs: no refund
- After pickup: no refund
7. Storage & Demurrage / भंडारण एवं डेमरेज
- ₹3/quintal/day after 7 days
- Vehicle detention ₹800/day
- Perishable disposal after 48 hrs
8. Packing & Responsibilities / पैकिंग एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ
Client must prepare goods, disconnect appliances, and declare inventory.
9. Vehicle Transport (Car/Bike) / वाहन परिवहन (कार/बाइक)
Required Documents: RC, Tax Book, PUC, and Insurance.
- Cars must have at least 16 litres of fuel (extra fuel will be drained)
- If carrier cannot reach pickup point, vehicle may be driven up to 250–300 km
- Bikes must be handed over with empty fuel tank
Additional Terms & Conditions:
- Non-Refundable Token: Once a vehicle booking (car or bike) is confirmed and the token amount is paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Vendor Dispatch & Alternate Arrangements: If the vehicle is sent to the vendor but not loaded due to reasons such as carrier space unavailability, fleet shortage, paperwork delays, or other transit-related issues, Unnatti Movers will arrange an alternative transportation option (such as road transfer or an alternate route) to complete the delivery.
- Customer Recall or Cancellation: If the customer cancels or recalls the vehicle even after an alternative option has been provided, no refund will be applicable since the payment would already have been made to the vendor.
- Mandatory Transit Duration: As per vendor policy, once the vehicle is dispatched, a minimum of 15 days (or route-specific duration) is mandatory for the transfer process.
- Home Pickup and Delivery: Home pickup and delivery are managed by trained and professional drivers. During pickup, delivery, or road transit, if the vehicle is involved in any accident, collision, or mechanical failure (such as engine seizure, clutch plate issue, brake failure, etc.), Unnatti Movers will not be held responsible for any such incidents or damages.
- Breakdowns and Additional Charges: In case the vehicle breaks down or encounters issues during transportation, any towing, repair, or related additional expenses shall be borne entirely by the customer.
- ODA (Out of Delivery Area) Locations:
- If delivery is not feasible due to geographical or logistical restrictions, additional charges for special arrangements (towing, local carrier, last-mile delivery) must be paid by the customer.
- Alternatively, the customer may collect the vehicle from the nearest vendor delivery point.
- No refund will be allowed once the vehicle has reached the vendor delivery location.
आवश्यक दस्तावेज: RC, टैक्स बुक, PUC और बीमा अनिवार्य हैं। कार में कम से कम 16 लीटर ईंधन होना चाहिए और बाइक का टैंक खाली होना चाहिए। टोकन राशि नॉन-रिफंडेबल है। डिस्पैच के बाद कोई रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा। ट्रांसपोर्ट के दौरान किसी भी दुर्घटना, खराबी या अतिरिक्त खर्च की जिम्मेदारी ग्राहक की होगी। ODA लोकेशन पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लागू हो सकता है या ग्राहक को वाहन स्वयं लेना होगा।
10. Exclusions & Restrictions / अपवर्जन
Jewellery, explosives, chemicals, and hazardous goods are not accepted.
11. Company Rights / कंपनी के अधिकार
Company may refuse service and is not liable for delays due to external conditions.
12. Dispute Resolution / विवाद समाधान
Jurisdiction: Pune, Maharashtra. Arbitration preferred.
13. Final Acknowledgment / अंतिम स्वीकृति
By booking, customer accepts all terms and confirms goods are at Owner’s Risk unless insured.
