1️⃣ Carriage at Owner’s Risk

Goods are carried strictly at Owner’s Risk. The Company is not aware of the exact nature, contents, or value of consignments unless declared by the consignor.

सामान पूरी तरह से मालिक के जोखिम पर ढोया जाएगा। कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी जब तक घोषित न किया जाए।

2️⃣ Delivery & Time

The Company does not guarantee delivery within a fixed time. No liability shall arise for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, government restrictions, accidents, or reasons beyond control.

कंपनी समय की गारंटी नहीं देती। देरी के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

3️⃣ Route & Mode of Transport

In case of route interruption, goods may be forwarded through alternate routes or vehicles.

आवश्यक होने पर वैकल्पिक मार्ग अपनाया जा सकता है।

4️⃣ Exclusion of Liability

No liability for theft, leakage, breakage, natural damage, fire, accidents, or government seizure.

कंपनी किसी भी नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

5️⃣ Storage & Demurrage

Goods must be collected within 7 days. Charges ₹3 per quintal/day. Perishable goods: 48 hrs; others: 30 days.

7 दिन बाद शुल्क लागू होगा।

6️⃣ Condition of Delivery

Delivery only against original LR or bank authorization.

डिलीवरी केवल LR प्रस्तुत करने पर होगी।

7️⃣ Freight Adjustment

Company may re-weigh goods and recover charges.

अतिरिक्त शुल्क वसूला जा सकता है।

8️⃣ Right to Refuse Goods

Company may refuse goods without reason.

कंपनी सामान लेने से इंकार कर सकती है।

9️⃣ Entrustment to Other Carriers

Goods may be handed to another carrier as agent.

अन्य वाहकों को सौंपा जा सकता है।

🔟 Local Shifting Boxes

Boxes must be returned or ₹100 per box will be charged.

बॉक्स वापस करना अनिवार्य है।

1️⃣1️⃣ Payment of Charges

Consignor is liable for all charges.

भुगतान की जिम्मेदारी प्रेषक की होगी।

1️⃣2️⃣ Claims & Legal Actions

• Claim within 30 days
• No enquiry after 30 days
• No legal action without claim

30 दिन के भीतर दावा करना अनिवार्य है।

1️⃣3️⃣ Prohibited Goods

Illegal or hazardous goods are not allowed.

प्रतिबंधित सामान स्वीकार नहीं होगा।

1️⃣4️⃣ Jurisdiction

All disputes subject to Pune courts only.

विवाद पुणे में ही मान्य होंगे।

📌 Schedule of Storage & Demurrage Charges

• ₹3 per quintal/day
• Detention ₹800/day
• Delivery only with LR

भंडारण शुल्क लागू होगा।

✅ Final Acknowledgment

By booking, customer confirms acceptance of all terms. Goods are at Owner’s Risk unless insured.
